Goal-Oriented Workflow Analysis and Infrastructure

We have adapted our general multiple perspective system design method to provide design-time and run-time support for workflow systems. In this position paper, we illustrate the resulting method and toolset. Specifically, we illustrate how analysis of stakeholder goals can be used to generate alternative workflows, monitor system requirements, and modify an operational system in response to requirements violations. 2.
